Faculty Login Issues

• Be sure to use only your SRJC Username for the account with your Outlook password.
• If you are able to login to your SRJC email, but unable to login to Canvas, most likely your Outlook password is expired.

Canvas Accounts for Faculty

• A Canvas account is provisioned for new faculty after the hiring process is complete.
• The Canvas account requires an SRJC email address provisioned by Information Technology. 
• Your credentials for logging on to Canvas is your SRJC Username + Outlook Password.

Canvas Accounts for Students

• A Canvas account is automatically provisioned for students admitted to Santa Rosa Junior College.
• Your credentials for logging on to Canvas are your nine-digit Student ID + PIN Code.
