Support

Support is available through Interplay through their Customer Support Form.
Interplay technical support library is searchable at their Support Portal.
To request Help, submit a support ticket with DE Support in Service Desk Plus.

Tool Information

Functionality
- Easily access a training module within a Canvas course.

Usage and Account Set Up
- Licenses are managed by the Dean of Construction Trades.

Technical
- Integrated with Canvas via External Tools LTI.
- Interactive training modules may not be mobile device compatible and will require traditional computer input devices or a VR Headset system with hand controls.
- Support browsers Chrome, Edge and Firefox details at Supported Browsers.
- Simulations will not run in a browser on tablet or VR devices. To run our simulations on an iPad, Android tablet, or VR headset, you will need to use the SkillMill or Interplay Learning Player app. For Chromebooks that support Android apps, we also recommend using the app instead of a browser.
