INSTRUCTOR: Albert Yu, Business Administrator Instructor and Hospitality Program Coordinator 

Al has extensive experience in hotel operations and sales. Al has a MBA from University of Hawaii at Manoa and a B.S. in Hotel Administration from Cornell University. His previous teaching experience includes: Adjunct Instructor, Hospitality Management at Mission College, Adjunct Instructor, Hotel and Restaurant Management at Le Cordon Bleu and Adjunct Instructor, Hospitality Management at International Culinary Center.
